What will I get for this price?
Our basic service price includes Labor & Materials (Sherwin Williams paint, siding pressure washing, basic work preparations, and finishing).

What kind of things cost more to paint?
Bigger homes, numerous doors and windows, complicated trim work, high ceiling, multiple paint colors, or different paint brands add to the cost of the materials and labor needed for the project. Homes built on a slope may require scaffolding to access, which would increase equipment costs. As you can see, it depends on the specifics of the project every time.

How long does it take to paint a whole house, interior and exterior?
As with most things, a typical exterior paint job depends on the scope of the work. If the weather is cooperative, it can take about 3-7 days to complete. A typical interior paint job, again depending on the scope of the work, can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

What do I have to do if I don’t fit out one of your criteria?
First, relax! We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and we’ll try to work out a good deal according your special circumstances. We are pretty sure we can find out the best custom solution for you. In most cases, the price on the HIP flyer is the price you’ll pay – there are no hidden “fees” or other surprises. If your project doesn’t fit our basic HIP flyer criteria, such as additional colors or difficult access or height of home or you need to remove some stuff from working areas or anything else, you’ll simply end up paying slightly more than the basic price listed on the HIP flyer. Before you spend a dime or we lift a finger, you’ll know exactly what you’ll pay and the scope of the work to be done. Please contact us via email or telephone, and talk to a real person, any day of the week.

Is there any risk booking an estimate appointment?
There is absolutely no risk scheduling a free estimate appointment with HIP Group. In fact, prior to the start of a project, you are free to cancel the project at any time, with no obligation.

When can we start our project?
Really, this depends on our current workload and the season. When you place an order with HIP Group, we will call you to set up a specific estimate appointment. Once the estimate is agreed-upon and the contract is signed, we’ll get started as soon as we finish with jobs already in the schedule. If timing is critical, please mention this when you order, and we’ll see what we can do to get you in the schedule earlier.

Is there any way to reduce the price?
As with any estimate, it all depends on the specifics of the project. If your siding is clean and in good condition, it may not require pressure washing, reducing labor and equipment costs by several hundred dollars. Using a different grade paint, such as a 15-year-warranty instead of a lifetime-warranty paint, can save money, too, and is a popular option with homeowners preparing their home for sale. You can discuss these options and more during your free estimate appointment.

Do we have any Discounts Programs?
Of course, we have. We can offer an instant discounts when you purchase more than one service or HIP Flyer! You can save 5% on 2 services and 7% on 3! If you are going to purchase more multiple HIP Flyers, consult us!

I still have questions. Who can help me?
At HIP Group, we’re all about the customer, and we’ll be glad to answer any of your questions and set matters straight before any work begins. You can contact us via email or telephone and talk to a real person any day of the week.
